Booking Rules, Fees and Questions

• Additional guest sleeping on the couch, for example an additional child: £60 per stay. Max 5 guests allowed at the property.
• Shorter stays may be accepted with an additional cleaning fee of £80 for the stay.
• Well-behaved dogs are welcome with an additional cleaning fee of £60 for the stay.
• Sauna use has an extra fee of £60 to go towards additional cleaning and electricity.
• Cleaning or linen changes are not included for longer term stays. A washing machine, tumble dryer and cleaning equipment are provided.
• No workmen allowed to stay.
• Management may be considered, but not people working on sites during the day.
• Yes, we have WiFi throughout the property. It may not be as strong outside the main house due to the thick stone walls.
• Yes, we have off-road parking with a large parking area suitable for up to two cars.
